Applicant's Form
All Chapters must comply with the guideline and rules of the Striker's M/C.
1. A chapter must have at least six (6) members legally riding motorcycles.
2. Each member must purchase a patch and pay membership fee $150.00
3. Each chapter must elect a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Sergeant at Arms. Each officer will serve their position as stated by the Robert's Rule of Order. The Sergeant of Arms will also act as Road Captain.
4. Meetings - should be held at least twice a month.
5Finances - The secretary and treasurer will be solely responsible for the club's finances. A bank account will carry two signatures and one alternate. All monies received and liabilities incurred will be documented and a financial report will be disclosed at each meeting. Books should be kept for viewing at all times.
6. Please note: Any organization that takes up dues from members is considered a NPO(non-profit organization) and it is governed under the NPPCC(non-profit corporate code), therefore, any misappropriation of funds can be prosecuted.
7. There will be mandatory meetings and rides. A member that does not attend will need to inform the club in advance and any 3 misses will result in revocation of membership.
8.A member will be allowed one leave of absence a year unless there is an uncontrollable hardship. A member on leave should not utilize any of the clubs benefits.
9. Dues - As a member you have agreed to pay the dues assessed to support the club and fines, if charged. Failure to be a member in good standing will result in revocation of membership.
10. Fines - Missed meeting, no shows for work time, Out of order in meetings and rides, Disrespect of Officers and/or the chain of command
